CPU Cooktimes Comparison in TouchDesigner

In this tutorial I am creating a tox file for comparing the CPU cooktimes of COMP operators. The biggest part of the tutorial is focusing on how to create and destroy operators and custom parameters using Python and TouchDesigner’s Wiki page. This is a ready-to-go tool when you start thinking about performance and optimization in TouchDesigner.
