Visual Jazz Guitar – MIDI and Touchdesigner

Another direction I’m following is to represent guitar playing by neat geometrical shapes, using MIDI data and Touchdesigner. This is the first attempt in creating a trio with pre-recorded bass and drum tracks and adding live guitar in recording.

This little jazz standard is the result, my second complete piece for live visual guitar. I’ve put a Rhodes tone on the guitar blended with the clean signal using Jam Origin MIDI guitar.

Not really easy to make everything work smoothly, but not impossible!
