Aphynx – A Live Ambient Performance w/ Touchdesigner Pointcloud Visuals (Peaceful Ambience)

A little treat since I haven’t posted in ages. This was from a live ambient performance I recorded using the powerful Logic’s Alchemy plugin. The animation is a 3d pointcloud render of a special someone using touchdesigner.

The backstory attached to this project is the epitome of ego dissolution, a spitting image of something that once was and vaguely remembering what that once looked like. The visuals paired together with the music are closely related to this idea and concept. Interpret as you will 🙂

More to come. My approach, motivations and inspirations have changed since starting this channel so what is to come might not be what you expect, however it’s filled with exciting things so I am looking forward to sharing the next steps of my life and part of my artistic journey with you all!
