Touchdesigner Tutorial | Control Organic Forms with Your Phone Screen

Turn your phone screen into a TouchDesigner controller with the FREE app ZigSim.

In this tutorial, I show how to create an interactive project in TouchDesigner that responds to touch input from a mobile phone.
Using the FREE app ZigSim, we turn the smartphone screen into a tactile interface. The position of the finger on the screen controls the behavior of an organic structure, while touch pressure influences how the form grows, deforms, and evolves in real time.

Living Mesh is an exploration of touch-controlled interaction and organic form built in TouchDesigner. The project focuses on real-time systems where gesture, pressure, and movement shape a responsive digital structure.

This Project file as well as a version of it without the interactivity are posted on my patreon here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/touchdesigner-149334408

IMPORTANT: Even if there is info about ZigSim being available on Google Playstore, apparently is not always accesible. Maybe it requires a little bit of research for finding it around, but I think is accesible 🙂
