Audio-Reactive Blobs in TouchDesigner | Visual System Demo feat. ALUNA & Binder – "Sohani"
Audio-Reactive Visual System Demo | TouchDesigner
Music:”Sohani” by ALUNA & Binder
This video is for educational and non-commercial demonstration purposes only.
This project showcases a real-time, audio-reactive visual system built in TouchDesigner. The design centers around organic, blob-like forms that pulse, stretch, and evolve in sync with the dynamics of the track “Sohani” by ALUNA & Binder.
🔧 Technical Highlights:
– Audio spectrum analysis via CHOPs to extract amplitude and frequency data
– Geometry instancing with displacement driven by mid/high-frequency ranges
– Feedback loops and compositing using TOPs to create evolving, layered textures
– Custom noise modulation and GLSL-based material effects
– Real-time optimization for smooth rendering and live control
🎯 Context:
This demo reflects my ongoing exploration of real-time visual programming and AV systems integration. It bridges my background in live performance with technical skills in signal flow, creative coding, and reactive system design.
📌 Built in TouchDesigner (Derivative), using real-time audio input and internal logic for parameter modulation.
