AOMS = Lamps /2✨/..

As I develop more snippets of video art in TouchDesigner, I have started to see how my work is inspired by the work of Mina Loy: even my profile picture is a distant homage to those abstract sketches of her 1920’s lamp designs. As I tinkered with a text-video displacement system, I reminisced on that steel frame lava lamp me and my brother had in our room when we were kids. Retro even by 2007, and somehow still captivating now in their abstract fluidity?
