AntiHuman – Digital Compartiment – TouchDesigner Screen-recording
AntiHuman – Analog and Digital Collide –
The moving fabric embodies a dual existence: a physical presence and a digitally programmed counterpart. In the physical realm, the wind from a fan and air currents within the exhibition space influence the fabric’s movement. This physical and digital representation converge at the human element – the viewer.
Chelsea is a young artist exploring new areas of expression with space, sound, light and technologies as visual programming. Deeply influenced by organic entities analog experiences transform into digital conversions of themselves as reality bends.
The boundaries between these two realities blur, no longer existing as opposing forces. This installation delves into the intersection of analog and digital through the utilization of Touchdesigner software. Visual programming acts as a tool to craft an atmospheric spatial experience.
The program is designed such that only the user’s impact through voice, captured by a microphone, completes the digital image of the fabric.
