Creating a Voxel Matrix in TouchDesigner

generating blocky 3D geometry from 2D data usually heavy, but we can solve this by keeping our resolution extremely low. we start with a 12×20 noise TOP and close a feedback loop to generate motion trails. using the top to pop and attribute combine pop operators, we translate those pixel values directly into point coordinates. the final result is a sharp, metallic voxel grid running at high performance. check the full tutorial.
