TouchDesigner and Python: Surveillance state

Made using TouchDesigner. Diagrams were downloaded from Google Patents on the topic of ‘Mass Surveillance” or “Public Surveillance”. These wear read into TouchDesigner, and a green old school effect applied. They were synced to the audio here.

Python was then used to take a photo of Banky’s art piece from the Royal Courts of Justice, and apply a green effect to it, as well as some pixel block displacement, horizontal and vertical tearing, and some CRT effects like scanlines, a vignette, some noise, and some brightness flickers.
